Dr. Dean Wright is the Chief Executive Officer at the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association (CCPA). In this respect, Dr. Wright manages a wide array of professional negligence and licensing authority matters on behalf of CCPA members. He is also a resource to members seeking advice on practice and risk management matters. Prior to joining CCPA, Dr. Wright was a practicing chiropractor for 25 years in Newmarket, Ontario in a multi practitioner clinic he owned. He is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the University of Guelph. He has served on a number of boards and councils, including the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board, CMCC Research and Ethics Board, CMCC students’ council and the Canadian Chiropractic Guidelines Task Force.

Shannon DeLenardo
CLHIA Director, Anti-Fraud and Electronic Claims
Shannon is Director, Anti-Fraud and Electronic Claims with the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA), a voluntary trade association with member companies that account for 99 percent of Canada's life and health insurance business. She is responsible for building consensus on concerns important to member companies and for leading industry committees, working groups and projects related to the mitigation of benefits fraud, and electronic claims management. Shannon has held positions in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Privacy with CAA Club Group and Orion Travel Insurance. She has also held roles at Assurant Solutions including Director of Compliance and Director of Human Resources.

Joan Weir
Joan is the director of health and disability policy for CLHIA (Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association), a voluntary trade association with member companies that account for 99 percent of Canada's life and health insurance business. In her role, Joan is responsible for analysis on industry issues, policy strategy development and to build consensus on concerns important to member companies. An important part of the health portfolio is working within industry, including with national healthcare associations as well as with provincial/federal payers on benefit programs, specifically on best practices, strategy, advocacy and sustainability.

Jon Morrison

Jon Morrison is a co-founder of Clinic Sites, the only website builder designed specifically for clinic owners. Dr. Debbie Wright, DC
Dr. Debbie Wright obtained her Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology) at Simon Fraser University, where she was a member of the varsity swimming team. She then attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Wright is a current managing partner of The Grove Health and Wellness, a multi-disciplinary collaborative care clinic located in Courtenay on Vancouver Island, BC. When not chasing around after her seven-year old daughter and five-year old son, she can be found on the slopes of Mount Washington, the mountain bike trails of Cumberland or the warm waters of the Salish Sea
